Journal of Hope has created mindfulness educational programming, with a focus on self awareness, literacy, and social skills. Journal of Hope offers an opportunity to build a solid foundation with core pillars to enhance your experience in the real world.

The fall session focuses on the Core Pillars of Role Models and Game Changer.
You can expect to learn how to identify a role model, journal a plan to achieve the goals that will have the most impact on your life, and learn to be a game-changer. Finding your tribe and writing all the steps for success will help you find the path of your true passion and purpose.
The winter session focuses on the Core Pillars of Relationship and Happy & Healthy Habits.
You can expect to learn how journaling can help you identify the most important relationship in your life and how to sustain relationships with happy and healthy habits. Staying on track, measuring your success, and highlighting worthy relationships is a key to unlock your higher self.
The spring session focuses on the Core Pillars of Gratitude and Roots.
We teach the JOH community how to tap into the blessings of abundance that arrives with a gratitude practice and discovering the people that have paved the way for us to be. Allowing the student to discover the past that connects us all and obtain a sense of gratitude for all that was, all that is, and all that is to come.
